Our tenant resources are designed to provide useful information on tenancy agreements, deposits, responsibilities and other important aspects of renting.

The tenant must do the little jobs about the property that a reasonable Tenant would do. In addition, the tenant must not damage the property wilfully or negligently, and must see that family or guests do not damage it. If they do, the tenant must bear the cost.
The tenant’s full responsibilities are set out in the Tenancy Agreement when they rent a property.

We make it our objective to ensure the process of renting a property is clear and simple. We wish to offer a transparent service to our tenants, with our fees advertised at the outset.
