A video tour can have many advantages such as opening the property up to a larger set of potential buyers including international buyers who are unable to physically get to your property. A video tour of your home can also help to filter out any viewings from customers who are not sure if your property is right for them, thus reducing the amount of time you must spend preparing for your viewings.
