My Story: My 5 Years with Chancellors
Lucy started her journey at Chancellors in 2018, as a junior Recruiter and after 5 years, and multiple promotions, she is now the Recruitment Manager for Chancellors.
“After deciding against university, I joined the business with no prior experience within Recruitment or the Property industry. That’s one of the things I love about Chancellors; that they hire candidates based on their attitude, drive and most importantly, their eagerness to succeed.
A part of what makes me passionate about my work is that I get to share my experience and journey within Chancellors to prospective candidates – for me and many others, the company has allowed for supported career progression, as well as professional and personal growth.

I have been lucky enough to experience some of these incentives, whilst receiving a few bottles of champagne on the side!
Day to day, I work closely with all hiring managers throughout the business, to understand the individual requirements for a vast number of job roles, from branch positions, administrative and support positions, specialist roles, marketing, accounts, IT and everything in between.
I love building relationships with candidates and providing a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. The team and I are available for support all the way from the first interview to the first day.”
