My Story: My 20 Years with Chancellors
Malcolm has been with Chancellors for over 20 Years! Through his hard work and dedication, he is now a Group Associate Director covering the South Oxford & Berkshire area. His knowledge of the area and the lettings property market has aided in building his excellent reputation among the team and clients, further driving new business and the success of his offices.
“I have been working for Chancellors since 2003 having joined the Graduate Training Programme after university moving to start in our Headington office in Oxford. I really enjoyed the fast pace of work and results that I could achieve and recognition for these.
My aim when joining was to be in charge of my own lettings branch and I was fortunate enough for this to happen just after my first year. Having worked across Oxfordshire learning the role of Lettings Manager, I then moved to look after our West Berkshire Region, and I am now responsible for South Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Hampshire as Group Associate Director. I’ve helped mentor a number of my team and seen them progress from negotiators, to property listers, managers and other senior process roles within the business and I’m keen to recruit ambitious candidates who also have a desire to forge a career.
I’ve been skiing with the company and other trips to Portugal, Las Vegas, and the Bahamas!”
