My Story: My 3 Years with Chancellors
Jessica has been with Chancellors since 2021 after leaving college.Through her hard work and dedication, she is now a Lettings Manager, leading a dedicated and motivated team.
“I started my journey with Chancellors in September 2021 after leaving college and deciding against further education.
I joined with no previous estate agency experience as a Lettings Negotiator. I was provided with excellent training and endless support, which alongside hard work meant I was promoted to a Senior Negotiator within 8 months of starting.
Following this I achieved multiple bonuses and continued to be one of the top performers within the company. I was chosen to be fast-tracked to the next step in my career by moving to one of our market-leading offices where I broke personal records and continued to strive to beat these. After a promotion in between, last year I was given the amazing opportunity to become a Lettings Manager in a flagship office where I manage a dedicated and motivated team.
Achieving this title within 18 months of being the company, with no prior experience shows the sky really is the limit at Chancellors. I continue to aim to break records and achieve as many bonuses as I can. I look forward to my long career with the business and I am excited to see what time will bring.”
