My Story: My 3 Years with Chancellors
Olivia has been with Chancellors since 2021.
Through her hard work and dedication, she is now a Senior HR Executive, leading a number or HR projects which enables Chancellors to reward their most successful staff.
“I joined the business as a HR Administrator in 2021, coming from a commercially focused background in retail.
My role at the company involves supporting both employees and the business to achieve their aims through ensuring that correct processes and procedures are followed, and by providing tactical support to the Senior team.
My knowledge of employment law and HR best practice has developed and grown during my time at Chancellors and put me in good stead to pass my CIPD qualification in 2023, which was a goal of mine.
Being at Chancellors has given me the opportunity to lead a number of HR projects and support the roll out of several initiatives that have enabled us to reward our most successful employees and in turn, support the meritocratic environment where hard work really does pay off! With nearly 3 years down at Chancellors, and 2 great promotions, I am excited for what is to come with my career!”.
