My Story So Far
Andrew has been with Chancellors since September 2011, joining as a Negotiator and working his way up to a Group Associate Director. Andrew’s knowledge of the area and of the property market has aided in building his excellent reputation among team members and clients, further driving new business and the success of his offices.
“I joined Chancellors in September 2011 after graduating from the University of Portsmouth. I trained in the Headington branch before moving to Summertown and gaining promotion to Senior Negotiator.
In May 2014 I took the opportunity to manage our Abingdon branch and had three successful years building that business. I was then offered the chance to manage our flagship East Oxford branch where I have won several quarterly and annual awards and grow the business. I then took the ‘Group Head of New Business – Process’ role which enables me to use my experience to help train and drive business generation across the lettings side of the business”.
