A new Investment Portfolio service has been launched by the Chancellors Group of Estate Agents to help landlords with their property investment. Why we’ve launched the service Changes in the property market have meant buy-to-let investment is in high demand, and with competition for tenants being strong, the trend is for landlords to buy well-presented property - as opposed to those perceived to be ‘below market value’ and in poor condition.
