The Coach House is therefore brilliantly located for several major international events scheduled this year, be it the Royal Ascot Races, the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth Golf Course to the Audi Polo at Smiths Lawn. A one week rental is available during for these events at £2,500 pw. A chauffeur service is also available for an additional fee during that time. Outside of these events, the property is available for Short Term Corporate lets for a maximum of 4 weeks at a rental of £1,250 pw.
