I joined Chancellors in September 2021 as a Lettings Negotiator at the Banbury branch. My journey then took me to the thriving Bicester branch, where I gained valuable experience and further developed my skills within the real estate industry. I was later promoted to Lettings Client Manager, overseeing the Kidlington, Woodstock, and Chipping Norton areas. I have now returned to Banbury as Lettings Manager, bringing with me a broad knowledge of the Oxfordshire lettings market and a continued commitment to delivering outstanding service. My goal is to grow our market share in Banbury and the surrounding areas, while ensuring every client receives expert advice and exceptional results. I remain dedicated to ongoing professional development to consistently deliver the best outcomes for landlords and tenants alike.

I have been in Estate Agency, Land and Development now for 15 years and specialise in the Oxfordshire market place. I have just transferred from the Central Oxford Market and have recently been given the opportunity to manage the Banbury Chancellors Office.

I have worked for Chancellors since 2004, starting as a Negotiator and swiftly gained promotion to Botley Sales Manager in 2006. I grew the business to become the market-leading office in the area and ran the branch for over a decade. Many of my staff have become top award winners and had multiple promotions within the business. In my time at Chancellors, I have gained considerable experience in residential sales, lettings and new homes and Chancellors allowed me to become both NAEA and ARLA qualified. I am currently the Regional Director for North and West Oxfordshire, overseeing 8 offices. I work very closely with my team and have a hands-on approach to supporting my staff and encouraging career development and promotions within Chancellors. Chancellors offer fantastic rewards and bonuses and I have won many prizes, having attended annual trips to Madrid, Meribel, Mykonos, Las Vegas and the Bahamas. It has been great to be rewarded so well!

More About Me...

I graduated from the University of Portsmouth in May 2009 and have worked for Chancellors ever since. I started my career within Chancellors at the East Oxford branch and soon earned myself a promotion to Senior Lettings Negotiator and moved office to the Headington Branch. During my time in the Headington office, I progressed to Assistant Manager and got to know the Oxford market very well. After four years, I got yet another promotion to East Oxford Lettings Manager. After much success and growing the business to number 1 in the area, I am now Area Associate Director of the Oxon Lettings Division managing 14 branches. During my success, I have been lucky enough to go on seven skiing trips and holidays to places such as Dubai & South Africa, as well as several visits to London. I have gained multiple prizes for Top Negotiator, Highest Performing Manager, and Highest Performing Area Manager. I also hold an ARLA qualification along with a BA (Hons) in Business. I currently reside in Bicester, have three children, and am 37 years old. My interests are football and swimming. The one thing that inspires me the most in my role is helping others achieve their goals and seeing them succeed, as well as inspiring clients to invest in the property market.

Hi, my name is Amarjit and welcome to chancellors. I cover Banbury and Surrounding areas specialising in new builds. I work alongside an energetic and hardworking team. I have now been working in estate agency since 2016 and originally started my career in London. My biggest thrill of being an estate agent is achieving a record price for our clients, as well as building rapport with both buyers and sellers. After moving up from London, I was keen to get involved in the community and after seeing the inspirational win from the Women’s Football team, my daughter is loving being a part of little kickers.
