Tenants of managed properties

If you’re an existing tenant of our Managed Properties, our teams of Property Managers are here to assist with various issues such as:

  • general maintenance issues
  • repairs
  • safety checks
  • periodic inspections
  • account queries
  • renewals
  • end of tenancy
  • utilities

Our property management department are available Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am – 4:00pm and are split into teams based on geographic areas, ensuring the people who take your call will be able to help. The team responsible for your property is detailed in your Start of Tenancy letter:

24 hour emergency service

Out of hours, the above numbers divert to our emergency team who can arrange for the completion of urgent works, such as escape of water.

Sales progression

If you’re purchasing a property through our group, you can speak to our Specialist Sales Team Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 6:00pm:

Lettings deal progression

If you’re in the process of arranging a tenancy of a property through us, our Specialist or Central Lettings Teams will contact you if they need further information. If you have any questions or are looking to check the status of your tenancy, you can speak to the relevant team via the numbers below Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday between 9:00am – 4:00pm.
